Flow to import / update SP list from Excel, but Powerapps locked (cannot save data)

Hello

I've created an app which uses Excel as a datasource.

I have a flow which imports and updates from this Excel spreadsheet to a SP list.

However, when the flow is turned on PowerApps cannot save data to Excel. ('locked source' message).

Is there a solution for this?

Thanks

Hi @Englishweb ,

Please check:

1)whether you open this excel file in other page?

2)whether other people open this excel file?

What's more, you could consider take a try to add a "Delay" action before your "Update row " action.

Because if one action hasn't been finished, your second flow may fail and show this kind of error message.

I've found a similar issue for your reference:

I think your issue is about flow, I suggest you post your issue here:

There will be engineers who are more professional about flow to help you.

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

The flow works perfecly and the problem in PowerApps disappears as soon as the flow is disabled.

I presume it must be a problem with Flow and Powerapps referencing the same datasource?

I'll post on the flow forum as you suggest.
