Flow to powerapps

Hi, I am new to power apps and flow; i have successfully been able to build a simple app, have a button that 'on select' starts a flow to execute a SP with passed parameters.  I am now in flow and trying to build a conditional flow based on the return of my stored procedure.  Is there a way for flow to tell power apps to navigate to a certain screen? (like 'your data has been accepted!') or to return an error message?
