Flow

Hi,

i have powerapps plan 2 licence,

if I create a flow and run it once, then my 5000API/24hrs will be reduced to 4999. (i am using my account)

After i share my flow to others,

 

i.) if they run the flows, does it reduce the 5000API/24hrs of my account or theirs? (using powerapps plan 2 account)

ii.) if they run the flows, does it reduce the 5000API/24hrs of my account or theirs? (using powerapps plan 2 Trial account )

The user who runs the flow consumes the API request.  If you share the Flow with others and they use it the Flow will be "charged" against their daily limit total of 5,000.

That actually depends on how the Flow is triggered.  If the Flow is triggered by the Power App then the flow runs in the context of the user running the Power App and the API calls will go against that user's limit.  But if the Flow is triggered automatically, for example when a Power App creates a record, then the Flow will run in the context of the user who created the Flow, not the user who created the record.

 

It should also be noted that a single Flow may translate into multiple API calls depending on the actions used.
