Form Controls Entered Data Disappeared

Hi Dear,

I am building a form contain a Gallery, the gallery Items from a Collection. I am trying to create a table format entry form.

I used a save button to enter each row in the Gallery to the Collection as in the following lines:

Patch(
    IndecatorsCollection,
    ThisItem,
    {
        piProjectCode: ProjectCode.Text,
        piIndecators: cbIndecators.Selected.indicatorENName,
        piPlannedTarget: Value(tiPlannedTarget.Text),
        piMoV: tiMoVs.Text,
        piAssuamption: tiAssumptions.Text,
        piRisk: tiRisk.Text
    }
);
Collect(
    IndecatorsCollection,
    {
        piProjectCode: "",
        piIndecators: "",
        piPlannedTarget: 0,
        piMoV: "",
        piAssuamption: "",
        piRisk: ""
    }
)

Every time I enter a new row the data stored in the Collection but the data disappeared from the controls (as you see in the photo).
