I have an issue with my forms which are connected to SharePoint lists.
My app is very simple, it just opens and allows a user to complete and submit a form, however I have a very large sharepoint list with about 78 fields, so I have created an app with about 7 screens, a form on each screen with the default Mode New and selected about 10 fields for each form per screen.
I have a NewForm(Form1);NewForm(Form2) etc in my OnStart on my first screen.
The issue is:
1. User fills out details in screen
2, user has navigated to next screen.
3, user navigated to previous screen to check form details, and combo box, people picker details are blank, but text field values remain.
However, if the user proceeds to the end and submits the form (which uses Patch), the details are saved correctly to the SharePoint list.
It seems like a display bug, but I have tried in Chrome and Edge and can always reproduce the issue.
This seems like a major bug that something so fundamental is not working. I am using a SharePoint list as my source so there should be no issues like this.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I have this issue too!
I'm also using a SharePoint list as my data source.
There is a further thread about this issue:
Just to confirm, your issue is that, you have say 2 edit forms, and when you fill in EditForm1, and navigate to EditForm2, then navigate back to EditForm1, previous filled values in person and group dropdown and combo box are gone, right? This happens inside the edit form, not the Display Form, right?
I'm able to reproduce your issue. I used the Back() formula on the OnSelect property of the navigation button, and also tried with the Navigation(Screen,None) formula. Both will give blank value after navigate back.
I will try to report this issue. Thanks.
Thank you Mona.
I reported it to support (provided by Mindtree) last week, they got back to me yesterday saying that a fix should be released by about mid next week.
I just got the same information from pg. Thanks for sharing!
