Form question

I'm trying to figure out how to hide a datacard on a form unless a certain choice is entered into a different datacard. My data source is a SharePoint list. I have a choice column called 'Type of Recruitment'. When the user selects 'Open', I want a free text field called 'Open Position Name of Employee' to appear (it's 'Visible' property is set to 'False', by default), where they can enter the employee name. I want it to stay hidden if they select the other option 'New Position'. I'm trying to use the 'Rules' tab to accomplish this but can't figure out the code to enter into the condition field. Should I be using 'IsMatch'? This doesn't work: IsMatch(DataCardValue11.Value, "Open Position") Any help would be much appreciated!

You need to write a formula in the visible property of the datacard 'Open Position Name of Employee' to set it to true or false based on the selection in 'Type of Recruitment'

If(DataCardValue11.Selected.Value="Open Position",true,false)
