Form rejecting date selected in date picker

I've created a PowerApp form from a SharePoint list with a date field. After selecting date and submitting, an error message appears briefly stating "Field Required". After message tranistions off screen and second attempt is made to submit, receive standard error indicating missing or invalid value. Please assist. Thank you!

Change the Update proeprty of the related datacard:

As below, depends on the date type defined on the data source

DateValue(Text(DataCardValue3.SelectedDate))

or

Datetimevalue(Text(DataCardValue3.SelectedDate))

Re: Form rejecting date selected in date picker

Please make sure all the required field (configured within SharePoint list) has been filled with proper value when submitting new records through the form control.

If the value won't be saved, please take a try with the datevalue() or datetimevalue() to format it and try again.

Michael

Re: Form rejecting date selected in date picker

Are the datevalue recommendations you're making supposed to be changed in the "Advanced" menu for the Data Card or the Data Card Value?

If within the Data Card, which property in the Advanced menu do I change?

If within the Data Card Value, which property in the Advanced do I change?

Same problem, but only in google Chrome. No clue to bypass it. Works in Firefox, Safari and in the PowerApps app on IOS devices...

So far I've only attempted to use IE 11

Re: Form rejecting date selected in date picker

Was anyone able to resolve this issue? I'm encoutering the same thing but only for non-US regions, which I'm guessing has something to do with language/date format for those countries vs. US language/date format.

Re: Form rejecting date selected in date picker

Interesting. I tried that format yesterday and it worked for me but it still didn't work for other regions with different language/date format.
