Form validation a field cannot be blank

Sorry, still (re)learning the ropes with PowerApps. What's the formula for preventing fields being blank before submission? What property would it be on?

Thanks in advance!

If you are using an Edit Form you can simply set the Required property of any Card to this

true

Then when the SUBMIT button is pressed the form will not be inserted into the datasource.

Hi! @darrenfloyd666

This should be defined in the datasource, sharepoint, db, excell etc.

but you can manually validate

If(IsBlank(SomeField.Value)
   Notify("blank fild", NotifictionType.error)// or some other action,
   Submit(TheForm)
)
