Format issue dollar to EUR

Hi All,

I am trying to create a currency entry field with € format, like 1.000.000,00.

This format should be linked to a datacardvalue/parent.Default.

Right now I use the formula:

Text(Parent.Default,"[$-en-US]#.###.###,00") but this doesn't give the the format as I wish for.

Is there a way how I can switch the dots in the value to comma's to set it like a european standard?

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Ramon

Hi @Ramonnooijen ,

Is your data source SharePoint - if so you can format the source data

Try this

Text(Value(DataCardValue22.Text), "[$-fr-FR]###.###.###,##", "fr-FR")

Text(Value(DataCardValue22.Text),"[$-fr-FR]# ###,## 00", "fr-FR")

@WarrenBelz

Thanks that looks a lot easier then I've tried 🙂

It worked for me with the format settings!

@eka24

Thanks for the formula, it worked when I check in my Default from the datacardvalue (on the right side) I see as default the correct format. But somehow it doesn't display in my Datacardvalue in my app.

Right now I use this formula:

Text(Value(Sum(DataCardValue46+DataCardValue50+DataCardValue48+DataCardValue49+DataCardValue47),"[$-fr-FR]# ###,## 00","fr-FR"))

Do you have any clue how that's possible?

Ramon
