Formatting the look of excel data in power apps

I have an excel spreadsheet with extensive calculations being ran and it feeds into a report with several tables. Can a table like this be created and populated dynamically in powerapps? I know I can create a data table with this info. The problem is the merging of the Boring Numbers. Can you create a data table that merges 'like' data?

You cannot format a datatable this way but you could create a gallery/subgallery  and use the Groupby() function to merge records.
