Forms App loses data at a specific point down list

My app pulls data from a Sharepoint Online list.

The list is ~300 items.

If I scroll down the list and click on an entry, after a certain point I get either "getting data" or "no data to display"

If I search the first page for that same entry and open it, it opens normally.

The first ~100 entries work ok in the app. I think it's a performance/memory issue, but I don't know how to confirm that or fix it.

Thank you,

Brian

Re: Forms App loses data at a specific point down list

Hi @bhelts ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you custom a form for your SP list using PowerApps?

I suppose that you custom a form for your SP list using PowerApps, is it true? I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Set the OnView property of the SharePointIntegration control to following:

Refresh('YourSPList'); /* <-- Add this formula */
ViewForm(SharePointForm1)

Set the OnNew property of the SharePointIntegration control to following:

Refresh('YourSPList'); /* <-- Add this formula */
NewForm(SharePointForm1)

Set the OnEdit property of the SharePointIntegration control to following:

Refresh('YourSPList'); /* <-- Add this formula */
EditForm(SharePointForm1)

Please take a try with above solution to modify your custom form app, then re-publish your app, check if the issue is solved.

You could also consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try it again, check if the issue still exists.

If the issue still exists, please consider remove the custom form from your SP list, then re-create a new one for it, try it again, check if the issue has been fixed.

Note: In order to provide enough memory to run your custom form, please close other threads within your browser.

Also make sure your Operating System and browsers meets the requirements to run a canvas app:

In order to improve your app's performance, please check the performance tips within the following article:
