Gallery Checkbox Select Question

Hi all,

I have a pretty basic question for the community -

Basically, I have a checkbox loaded into each item of a gallery. I have a bottom in the lower-right corner of the screen. I want this button to be disabled until atleast one of the checkboxes is checked. I am not sure how to do that currently. Attached is a pic of the issue:

In this state, the button should be in DisplayMode.Edit since the first item is checked. I've been messing with ForAll, but I am not sure how to update a variable based on if atleast one item is selected or not.

Thanks,

Farhan

Re: Gallery Checkbox Select Question

Hi @farhandsome ,

I have made a test on my side, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Set the DisplayMode property of the Button to following:

If(
    !IsEmpty(Filter(Gallery1.AllItems, Checkbox1.Value = true)),
    DisplayMode.Edit,
    DisplayMode.Disabled
)

Please take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

Re: Gallery Checkbox Select Question

Try the following for the 'DisplayMode' of your button:

If(
Checkbox1.Value = true, //Checkbox1 will be replaced with name of your control
DisplayMode.Edit,
DisplayMode.Disabled
)
