Gallery Does not Display Image

I have a Gallery that has an image control. The Gallery is pulling from a Member's training list of certifications and qualifications.

I have a library where the documents that represent the certifications and qualifications are archived.

I would like the image associated with the Member's specific certification of qualification to appear in the Gallery, and as the User scrolls through the Gallery the specific image for the specific certification and title in the Gallery.

The following formula does not kick back an error, but it also doesn't show any images. I do have several files formatted to be picked up by the formula including the UnqID.

                First(Filter(CertsQualsDocumentsCollection,Name=(ThisItem.UnqID))).'Link to item'

Is Name the field that matched UniqueID?
