Gallery Filter Question

I have an app that displays a list of requests staff send to our HR dept for things like dismissals, new hires, and one-time payments. The data source is a SharePoint list. One-time payments have to be approved by a manager, so I setup a Flow that handles this and writes either 'approved' or 'denied' to a column (called 'Manager_Approval') when the manager completes the approval email. I setup a Gallery to display the requests to the HR team and created a dropdown that allows them to filter based on the different request types. This works great, however, they don't want to see any entries that are marked as a 'One-time Payment' and don't have either 'approved' or 'denied' written to the 'Manager_Approval' column, as that means the manager hasn't dealt with the approval email yet. I can't figure out how to write the Filter code to show all requests, excluding those marked as 'One-time Payment' that have a blank 'Manager_Approval' field, and allow for the dropdown filtering. Is this even possible?

Hi @pvanolinda ,

Do you want to filter gallery based on three requirments?

Try this formula:  (set the gallery's Items)

Filter(tablename, Not(markfield="One-time Payment"),!IsBlank(Manager_Approval),request types=drop down1.Selected.Value)

Just using "," can represent multiple conditions in filter function.

Here's a doc about this function for your reference:

How many different requests types are being used?
