Gallery Images to pull from SharePoint CDN

Hello all,

I have a PowerApp that displays data stored in a SharePoint Online list. Each item in the list has a Hyperlink column, containing the link to a SharePoint Gallery that has been assigned as a CDN origin. When referencing these images anywhere in SharePoint, I know the browser is pulling from the CDN by selecting an element with browser dev tools and looking at the source URL.

What I'd like to know is, does/can PowerApps pull from the SharePoint CDN location (CDN Origin), or will it only pull from the original SharePoint server location?

If you need further clarification feel free to ask. Thanks in advance!

Hi @forcedLightning ,

Do you want to know where does powerapps get information from?

I think that should be from SharePoint server.

Because sharepoint is seen as a connector of powerapps.

What's more, I've searched a lot but not found any information about powerapps and SharePoint CDN.

I just found that the information about working with the Office 365 CDN in SharePoint Online.

Here's the doc about it for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/use-office-365-cdn-with-spo

Thank you for your reply! Yes I had a similar experience trying to research this, there doesn't seem to be anything on the whole internet that talks about SharePoint CDNs and Powerapps. At this point I'm left to assume that PowerApps pulls from the CDN like it should, but I was hoping someone would be able to have some insight. I may have to reach out to Microsoft on this one.
