Gallery Pagination

Hello there,

I wanted to do a Pagination Gallery on my app. I Followed this link:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Useful-features-of-PowerApps-16-Pagination/td...

and while this still works. If i use the search bar to filter, it won't show any items. It will show items if it is on the respective "Page", not on the first page.

This happens the same with Dropdown filters.

How can i get around this issue?

Re: Gallery Pagination

Hi @Field ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Based on the thread that you provided, I think your issue may be related to the formula you typed within the Items property of the Gallery control.

The formula mentioned within the thread you provided could only display the items within the corresponding/respective "Page". So when you typed search text within the Search Bar Text Box, it could only filter items within corresponding/respective "Page".

As an alternative solution, I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the Items property of the Gallery to following:

If(
   !IsBlank(TextSearchBox1.Text),        /* <-- Add formula here */
   Filter(Table1, TextSearchBox1.Text in FilteredColumn),     /* <-- Add formula here */
   If(
       iter <CountRows(Table1),
       LastN(...
     )
)

Note: The TextSearchBox1 represents the Search bar within your app.
