Hoping you can help as I'm losing the will to live over here!
I have an app that is used to record the internal vacancies within my organisation. We have a sharepoint list in the background that holds all the data and the app is used to edit/list items. In the gallery we naturally only want people to see their own vacancies, which is being controlled by putting a filter on the gallery for the Hiring Manager or Created By, see below:
However, it feels as though only the "Created By" is working on this variable, as we have had a couple of situations now where the Hiring Manager's display name and email matches the record and yet they cannot see it, but the person who listed the vacancy can.
Are there conditions on a person or group column that prevents filtering to be done at this level?
