Gallery empty after Reset(RadioButton)

Hello 

I am building a tablet app with source data from a sharepoint list, with a gallery that should be filtered by text search and radio button selection.

I have inserted a single text input "searchTextBox"

I have inserted a single radio control "radType",

Choices(register.Type)

where Type a column in the SP list

I have a single gallery connected to the sharepoint list filtered by text search and radio button selection

Filter('register';StartsWith(Title;searchTextBox.Text) 
&& (Type.Value = radioType.Selected.Value || radioType.Selected.Value =Blank()))

I have an Icon to clear the filters 

Reset(searchTextBox);;Reset(radType)

If I play the app the text and radio button filters work as expected.

However as soon as I reset the filters the gallery goes blank. I have to then close the browser and restart the powerapps interface to see gallery data again.

The problem is with the radio buttons: If I remove the radio buttons entirely and only filter the gallery with the textBox text and then reset the text box the gallery shows all items again. 

Can anyone please help me to resolve this very frustrating problem

Your code works great until I hit the clear filters button, I get the same thing - a blank gallery (until I reload the powersapps environment)

my reset button is: 

Reset(TextSearchBox);;Reset(radioType)

Im in france so chaining is ;; 

I am sure the problem is with 

Reset(radioType)

but I have no idea why

@td1979 The code which I provided should work for sure, as i am checking if the radio control is blank, then show all records, else show the radio button selected data.

until I call Reset(textBox) and Reset(RadioButton)

I dont think the problem is your code or my orignal code, but something is going wrong when resetting

its driving me crazy

@td1979 - can you try deleting the control and re-adding the radio button control once again.

I have tried

-readding the control

- rebuilt a new list / rebuilt the app 

I still get the same behavior - Reset(textBox);; Reset(radioButton) result in a blank gallery. I have found if I then type in the text box the gallery gets populated again 

I have uploaded a Powerpoint screen recording to better demonstrate the behavior 

this is very frustrating!

So I resolved this in the end and of course it was simple and (with hindsight) blindingly obvious. I hope this is useful for anyone that gets stuck with this:  

I changed my gallery items formula from 

Filter('register';StartsWith(Title;searchTextBox.Text) 
&& IsBlank(radioType.Selected.Value)|| Type.Value = radioType.Selected.Value)

to this (checking if the text box is blank

(isBlank(searchBoxText) || StartsWith(Title;searchTextBox.Text) 
&& (IsBlank(radioType.Selected.Value)|| Type.Value = radioType.Selected.Value))
