I have an app that pulls data from a SharePoint document library and displays it in a gallery. It works great for me and another user who have access to it, but the most recent user that I gave access to the app is met with an empty gallery when he opens the app.
He has the necessary permissions (on SharePoint) to access the app's data, so that should not be the problem.
I have the app set up to display a message to the user ("Information is up to date") if they are connected to the internet and the SharePoint data has loaded in. This message displays for this user, signaling that the data has been loaded in, but the gallery remains empty. Along with this, the message displays very quickly, far faster than it would actually take to load in the data.
This is the case on both the mobile and browser version of PowerApps.
If anyone has had a similar experience, or has an idea of what might be the issue, please share!
CountRows(GalleryName.AllItems) and Collection rows count CountRows(Collection)
Ideally, both should be the same. But at least this shows whether data is flowing through.
