Gallery folder name doesn't update when opening different list items - cache issue

Hello,

On the below Canvas App, when a new list item is created, there is a Flow that goes and creates a folder in a document library with the same name as what is highlighted in the "Contract Ref" field - you can see this is shown in the "Contract Documents section below.

You will see that when I open another list item, the "Contract Documents" name doesn't change. This appears to be cached from viewing the previous entry. Is there any way of clearing this cache so that when you open a list item, the folder name is always displayed? As this is proving to be quite a major issue for me.

As you can see below, both folders exist.

Are they being displayed in a gallery? How are yo getting the info to that control? Can you reset the control after the folder is created and when you change the contact reference?

The OnVisible of the form is set to:

UpdateContext({ctxFolderPath:Concatenate("Contracts/" , First([@Register]).'Contract Ref')});
Refresh([@Contracts])

and the Items of the gallery is set to:

Filter(Contracts, 'Full Path' = ctxFolderPath)

Where "ctxFolderPath" has been setup as a variable.
