Gallery with a lot of options

Hi, I'm trying to build an app where I have to show more than 180 options in a gallery, using checkboxes, all that information is stored in a List and for each user, I have to add those 180 rows to the list, what is the best way to do that? Because creating one collection and then Patching the List, is taking a lot of time, on the other hand, after only 10 users I'll have more than 1800 rows in the list, and is going to be impossible to manage the information, having delegation issues.

I don't have the option to use SQL connectors, I was thinking to separate the information into 5 or 6 lists but that's not solving the excessive time spent saving all that information into the lists.

Note. Updating is not taking a lot of time, the problem is when I create the 180 rows.

Hi @PincheMaldy ,

Do you mean you will have 180 check boxes in each item of the Gallery? If I'm wrong please clarify your scenario with more information, such as the list columns, column types etc.

Hi Jeffer,

No, I have a list like this:

2Some descriptionfalse
3Some descriptionfalse
180Some descriptionfalse

I have to show the 180 options in a gallery, one check per option, the user can check one or all of them, then click the save button, so I have to update the "Completed" and "EndDate" values in case the user changed them.

Updating is not taking a lot of time but creating the 180 options per user is taking a lot of time and having 180 records per user is making my List grow up very fast.
