We currently have a PowerApp that was connected on one of our Gateways which was suppose to be just a test Gateway that sat on a personal computer. We now have built a new enterprise Gateway server that we switched the App to now use this Gateway. We have seen extremely slow performance when switching to the new server. All the App is doing is a read from a sql table, it goes from seconds to 25 seconds to return data. Any thoughts on what would cause the slowness? We don't think it's the App because when we toggle to the the old Gateway it's fast again.
It would be helpful to understand what else is running the gateway and if the network configuration is any different. Additional documentation on troubleshooting :

Server 1 is the one that is not having any speed issues. It is just a Windows 10 machine. It has 8Gb RAM and 4 cores. This was suppose just be our test machine which is why we are moving off of it. There is nothing else using this Gateway.
Server 2 is our production server running Windows Server 16. It also has nothing else utilizing it. It is a brand new virtual server in our virtual environment that we set up. it has 16 Gbs RAM and 8 Cores. This is the one that is having the issues.
Hi, We may need to analyse the gateway logs to go deeper into this problem. can you please create a support ticket and prove them the gateway logs?
