Get values another lookup list based on multiple lookup selection

I have a List 1 which contains 2 columns - Service and Provider(People Picker).

There is a List 2 which contains 2 columns - Services and ComboValues. Services is a lookup column to List 1 and is a multiselect and ComboValues is text field.

I want that when we select multiple values in List 2 in Service column, all the corresponsing values of Provider column in List should be populated in ComboValues text field with comma separated.

If the Lookup column is single select I can easily populate the text field using below formula:

ComboValues Deafult value: Lookup(List1, Services.Selected.value=Service,Provider)

Output is: X@abc.com

But I want that if I select multiple values in Services Lookup column the value of ComboValues text box should be:

X@abc.com;Y@abc.com;Z@abc.com

Re: Get values another lookup list based on multiple lookup selection

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you want to populate the ComboValues column with values from your SP List1 when you select multiple values within the Services column?

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:9.JPG

10.JPG

Set the Default property of the Text Input box within the ComboValues Data card to following:

If(
    EditForm1.Mode = FormMode.New,
    Concat(Filter('20190214_case6_List1', Service in DataCardValue5.SelectedItems.Value), Provider.Email & ";"),
    Parent.Default
)

On your side, you should type:

Concat(
Filter('Your List1', Service in ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems.Value),
Provider.Email & ";"
)

Above formula may cause a Delegation warning issue, in order to get rid of this issue, please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the OnVisible property of the first screen of your app to following:

ClearCollect(RecordsCollection, 'Your List1')

Set the Default property of the Text Input box within the ComboValues Data card to following:

Concat(
Filter(RecordsCollection, Service in ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems.Value),
Provider.Email & ";"
)

More details about the Concat function, please check the following article:
