Getting GUID from person lookup

Hi Guys,

I am building an onboarding app for HR and I want to extract the GUID from a lookup field.

One is Job title (lookups it up on a different Sharepoint list) and one is manager (looks up what manager is responsible for what job).

The results are working but I want to extract the selected manager (its a person lookup on the source SharePoint list) and extract the GUID.

So basically I need to generate a GUID when someone chooses the manager.  Maybe I need to generate the GUID in the app when submitting, but I don't know how to do that either.

I need the guid to set the manager attribute in automate but from my output I don't get a GUID just the display name of the manager.

I hope I explained it well as I am not a native speaker.
