Getting Manifest validation error with new CLI update

Hi All,


I recently performed an update on Power Apps CLI to get the latest version using "pac install latest". This brings me to the current version: Microsoft.PowerApps.CLI.1.3.1


With an existing working component, when I tried to run the script build again this time, post the update using either of the following commands "npm run build / npm run-script build", I've started getting the following error:


[pcf-1014] [Error] Manifest validation error: instance.manifest.control[0].type-group[0].type[1] is not one of enum values: Whole.None,TwoOptions,DateAndTime.DateOnly,DateAndTime.DateAndTime,Decimal,Enum,FP,Multiple,Currency,OptionSet,SingleLine.Email,SingleLine.Text,SingleLine.TextArea,SingleLine.URL,SingleLine.Ticker,SingleLine.Phone,Object


My Control Manifest file looks like this (unchanged from a working earlier version):

Not sure what has been changed. Any help is appreciated.

Looking through your logic everything seems fine to me. Unfortunately the error is not very straightforward and I'm not too experienced with it. This might be a better question for Microsoft Support. I'll include a link below; on creating a ticket. Otherwise if any other communities members might know feel free to chime in.

Thank you so much Alex for your reply. At this moment, I'll need to find out what kind of Microsoft support subscription I've to reach out to them to answer this for me. I'll definitely keep an eye on this forum to see if any more suggestions or ideas comes up.
