I want to send an form based on PowerAutomate approval answer. (For example: If answer = approval send form; else delete item)
How can I get the variable Approved or Rejected in Powerapps? Is that possible?

My understanding is, You would like to kick off the approval process/ workflow using Power Automate and get the response in PowerApps.
Power Automate Approval process is Asynchronous, It means we don't know yet when the user is going to approve. So only one option to get the response is
The synchronous process is only possible if the user approval is completed within the limit, it means before the application closes.
