Getting list of all rooms

Hi all,

I want to get a list of all rooms / resources.

On the main screen in the onStart property I've added:

ClearCollect(AllRooms, Office365.GetRooms().value);

When I then add a gallery with "AllRooms", the gallery is empty. ( CountRows(AllRooms) results in 0 ).

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Regards

Stefan

Re: Getting list of all rooms

Hi @stefansc,

How are you displaying the List? I believe there is a limit of 100 items for dropdowns and Galleries load in 100 blocks(Scroll to the bottom to load) up to 500.

Having a list of over 100 items is a bit unweildly, so its usually a better idea to have a search, or dropbowns, to Filter by location. This will allow you to see all rooms.

Thanks,
Nicky

Re: Getting list of all rooms

Hi Stefan.

Your command works for me. When you go to View > Collections what do you see in the AllRooms Collection?Screenshot_10.png

If you have no items in there then check the Connector and make sure the user chosen can access the Room List.

You can also Set the items Property of the gallery to Office365.GetRooms().value to look directly at 365 as a test.

If this doesn't work then I'd suspect the connector. Maybe recreate using an admin account to test.

Thanks,
Nicky

Re: Getting list of all rooms

Hi Nicky,

I've recreated the connector and I now can get the rooms. Unfortunately only the first 100 rooms are being displayed.

Is there a limitation in the connector?
