Give badges to the user

Hi,

I'm planing to give badges to the user when a progress is made using excel as data source. How can I insert those badges in the app and if possible, insert with a code or number that refers to the image like the example below.

Right now I'm focusing on another problem that I encountered, still didn't found an anwser tho.

But about the badges, those 2 situations didn't helped resolve my own unfortunetly. Maybe because I'm new to this and don't know how to adapt to the needs of my application.
