Give permisions with powerapps

Hi i have a question, i created a powerapps that submit files to a list, but the permision/access on this files all came from the original list (that gives permision/access to all 7 groups that there are)
What i need to do is create a "text area" or option that at the moment you submit this files it gives permision/access to the groups you put on the text area and not to the 7 groups there are in total.

PLz Help me and thanks you!

Hi @Niklas3991 ,

There is no way to get back to the group an app have been shared with, however if you have a separate reference list and at app OnStart did something like

Set(
   vUserName,
   User().Fullname
);
Set(
   vGroup,
   Lookup(
      YourReferenceList,
      YourNameField = vUserName,
      YourGroupField
   )
)

then you could have when you put the group in the Text box (I am not sure exactly how this works in your model, but you will get the idea from the syntax) - the Visible property of the relevant control

vGroup = YourTextBox.Text &&
vGroup = WhateverGroupIsAllowed

yes and no, i cant make the on start app because what i need to filter is not on the app, its on a wiki page on sharepoint.
i will try to explain it, i have a sharepoint with different areas (internet, tv, access,ip mpls, transmision etc.) each area have a permision group with all their people in it.
Example when you go to ip/mpls wikipage you can see a "view" with the detail of all the files on ip/mpls.
the files from all the platforms are submited using the same powerapps upload link and are storage in the same list.
so what i need to do is to give permisions to specific areas so they can only see their documents on the view tab.

Maybe there is another way to make it so only some permission group can only see their files.
Is there any easy answer to this?

Thanks @Niklas3991 ,

I found this post which may be of some use.

Once you have established the permission/group, it is fairly easy task to set filters/visibility for the required items.

Not working so far :C
Here is another point of view of what i need (on the image attached)
What i want is to link somehow this two things, the variable that says "Plataforma" with the acces to the people who can see that item.
so is there another way using apps or flows that can make this easy?
Like if i upload a file with the plataform "TV" it links to the TV acces group?

Thanks you so much for your help

Hi @Niklas3991 ,

This is a Sharepoint question - sorry I do not do too much "fancy" in there - it is just my datasource.
