Giving people access to submit a form but not give them access to the SharePoint list

Hello there!

Currently I am making an app that will be used by not only my company, but also for other companies. I want to give them access to be able to submit a form on my app but not look in the SharePoint database. Is there any way of doing this?

I am filtering my app on their name, so they can only see their own things. Just need to do the same for the SharePoint list.

Hi @TimoMigchielsen

Here are a couple of links that may help you.

If you want to hide your SharePoint list from users, this post contains some suggestions.

You can also apply item level permissions at a SharePoint level (using the dialog that's shown in this post).

With regards to the above, as far as I'm aware, it is not possible to configure a custom SharePoint permission level so that a user can only add records. If we set up a custom permission level, the user will also have read permissions on the records that the user created.
