Gmail connector issue

Hi all, I have created an app that has email notifications. When testing I used my own personal Gmail. All worked fine.

I then provided owner rights to another user who then removed my connection and add their own Gmail account.

However, I now can't see their connection in the app I still only see mine.

When they log in they can see theirs. It's as if there are two versions floating around.

App has been saved and published.

Is there something I'm not aware of when different people use the same app with connectors like these?

Thanks

Hi @dazftw ,

I do not use GMail, but using Outlook as an example, what you are seeing is correct - each user has their connection established at app start (hence the permission box the first time they open it). You would not want others seeing your mail and Power Apps allows for this.

Hi Warren

Yeah, the Gmail connector works a little differently as there is no 'from' parameter like in the Outlook connector. Once you sign in with your Gmail account it's automatically set as the 'from'.

My problem was solved by just letting some time go by. I checked back after an hour and I could see the new connection.
