Google Maps in PowerApps with GPS Signal

Hello,

i am new in Google Maps API and i want implement a Map with a GPS Signal in my App.

I understand the Map from Google is Static and works for me in a image control for a test fine

My Problem:

I need a map with e.g. markers or lines who shows me a border from an specific area. I learnd that can i do with create my own maps in Google Maps. Now comes the most important thing, I want to see if my device is within the border or  not.

In short, my problem is, I need a map where I have specific markers for borders and can see where I am right now.

The topic is very important to us and I would be very happy if someone had an idea

Thanks

Hi @Tamer66 ,

Do you want to use google map, display your position in the map and display a border of a specific area in the map in PowerApps?

1)Here's a blog about the first two functions for your raference:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/image-control-static-maps-api/

These two funtions both work in google map and bing map.

2) I'm afraid it's not supported to make this by using google map api to display a border of a specific area in the map.

I suggest you try bing map api.

Here's a a doc about it for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/imagery/get-a-static-map#get-a-map-with-road...
