Grabbing an Excel File Saved in Sharepoint

Hi.  I'm trying to connect to an excel file in sharepoint.  I figured this would bet the same as using OneDrive to connect to an excel sheet but I can't seem to figure it out.  I'm trying to grab an excel file from sharepoint, not a list.
