Grand parent entity info - Model driven app

Hello,

I am new to power apps, we have an model driven app with these entities:

1. Parent1 (Relationship 1:N Parent2)

2. Parent2 (Relationship 1:N Parent3)

3. Parent3 (Relationship 1:N Entity4)

4. Entity4

Now in the Entity4 form, it has an lookup for Parent3 which is working fine.

We need Parent2 and Parent1 information also to be stored automatically  in Entity4.

Is there any way to achieve this without using flow?

Thanks.
