Group Shard is used in non-Groups error message

I created the Shoutout sample app and made a few minor updates to the app. I clicked to give permissions to the app and I just keep getting this error when i play the app:Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata failed: { "status": 403, "message": "Group Shard is used in non-Groups URI.\r\nclientRequestId: 7aea0960-5dc8-4966-a4b5-0b5736260f86", "source": "office365users-ncus.azconn-ncus.p.azurewebsites.net" }

I have poked around in Office 365 Admin Center looking at my groups to see if there is anything obvious, but I cannot figure out what is wrong with it. The app works fine if you just close the message. I think it is related to trying to pull people's images from Office 365 to display in the app. I don't really want to try to delete all of the refernces for pictures in the app, I would just like to understand how to make the error messages go away and whatit means.

Hi @Mrsprofitt77,

Could you please share a bit more about the error message within your app?

Could you please show more details about the Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata function within your app?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:4.JPG

The HTTP 403 error is a forbidden error, please check if the account that you use to create a connection to the Office 365 Users connector has enough permission to execute this function.

In addition, please also check if you have provided proper value (userId) within the Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata function. The formula of Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata function as below:

Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata(userId)

Note: The userId represents the User principal name or email Id. The Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata function would return a record.

Also please take a try to re-create a new connection to the Office 365 Users connector, and then try above formula again to check if the issue still exists.

Best regards,

Kris
