Is it also possible to use HTML widget in powerapps.
So this should be shown in the current screen (and not a reference to an HTML page.)
"e.g. <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" class="weerplazaWidget" src="https://www.weerplaza.nl/weerwidgets/regenradar/?SXNGdWxsV2lkdGg9ZmFsc2UmSXNIRD10cnVlJlpvb21MZXZlbD0..." style="padding: 100% ! important; max-width:600px !important; height: 698px !important; border: 1px solid rgb(244, 244, 244) !important; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></iframe>"

To display simple HTML text on a screen, you can use the HTML text control. The disadvantage to this however is that the control supports only a limited set of HTML.
In your case, it looks like you want to embed an iFrame on your screen. To do this, I approach I would take would be to build and to add an iframe PCF control, as described in the documentation here.
