HTTP pagination and adding new records with time stamp

I am pulling data from a custom API to build a Power BI dashboard that tracks changes in a cost over time for each record. The get statements will require the pagination and to add a day/year stamp to each record as it is queried and saved to an Online Excel.

Note, I am very new to Power Apps.

When I use the Pagination setting in Power Apps, I receive the error:

The response is not a valid paginated response. The paginated response is missing a property 'value' of type array.

The API uses a custom key, x-Pagination, that gives the number of pages based on the limit passed and if additional pages are expected; {"total_records":"73","total_pages":"37","offset":"0","page":"1","first_page":"true","last_page":"false"}.

Another hurdle is that I want to add new rows with a day/year stamp in the target table instead of updating the value. This will allow for tracking value changes over time.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
