HTTP400: BAD REQUEST - App fails to get data for some users only

Only recently, a number of my users (seemingly random) have been experiencing trouble getting data from Sharepoint when our Powerapp loads/starts up. 

 

Looking in the console i can see a few red flags and a big yellow flag:

 

Red flag:

 

HTTP400: BAD REQUEST - The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax. (XHR)POST - https://apps.powerapps.com/proxy/service

 

Yellow flag:

 

CSP14321: Resource violated directive 'default-src 'none'' in Content-Security-Policy: inline style, in https://outlook.office365.com/owa/SuiteServiceProxy.aspx?suiteServiceUserName=USER EMAIL%40OMITTED&suiteServiceReturnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.powerapps.com%2Fplay%2Fc68b0972-cd7b-4fe5-8cef-f31285088f7a%3FtenantId%3Dfad277c9-c60a-4da1-b5f3-b3b8b34a82f9%26source%3Dportal%26screenColor%3Drgba(0%252C%252099%252C%2520177%252C%25201)&returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.powerapps.com%2Fplay%2Fc68b0972-cd7b-4fe5-8cef-f31285088f7a%3FtenantId%3Dfad277c9-c60a-4da1-b5f3-b3b8b34a82f9%26source%3Dportal%26screenColor%3Drgba(0%252C%252099%252C%2520177%252C%25201)&apiver=1 at line 0 column 0. The resource will be blocked.

 

I don't think this is an issue with the app as it is not uniform. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and why I seem to be getting this bad request issue?

Do your end users have enough permission to your SP List data source?

Do you assign proper permission of your canvas app to your end users?

 

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please make sure these end users have proper permission to access your SP List data source, and you have assigned proper permission of your canvas app to your end users.

 

Also please make sure that your end users do not block the app.powerapps.com host from your PC or browsers. Please consider ask your end users to run your app using different browsers, then check if the issue is solved.

 

If the issue still exists, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/support/pro

Thanks for the reply @v-xida-msft,

 

My users have all the necessary permission and can access the lists via another app (I have one in tablet, one in mobile - both do exactly the same thing). There seems to be no pattern or uniformity to why some can't access on one app over the other.

 

If things don't improve after the holidays I will submit a ticket. Thanks,
