Hi all
Did you ever think, it would be handy to multi-select all DataCardValues & DataCardKeys in a Form at once?
I accidentally found an easy hack to make this happen:
1. Select the form
2. Change Layout from Horizontal to Vertical (or vice versa)
3. Hit once the Undo icon.
4. Done!
This makes all DataCardValues and DataCardKeys beeing selected. Now you can easily mass change the available propertys, e.g. link fontsize to first DataCard in your form or do whatever you need. It does not work for all type of controls (e.g. dropdowns) but at least for textinput & their label.
You can even deselect the ones you don't want to be selected using the CTRL-Key while clicking. (e.g. select only keys, only values)
btw: the undo trick might help you as well after having resized the App Screen size (which resizes all controls in the app proportionally) to make the controls having the sizing as before the screen resize...
Hope this can help you as well!
Regards

Great tip @achi Thanks for this.
The fact that this works so consistently seems to imply that an actual solution would be possible. Most of the forms I have are long and the tedious nature of designing nice forms in PowerApps is one of the things that makes me choose other options at times.
Excellent hack.
Works really well for general settings like font size, colour, etc.
Also great for padding and so on if key and value are to be kept the same.
Thanks a million. This will save lots of time.

One piece of hack 😎
Hi Achi,
If I could get this to work I'd be really grateful as I'm working with forms which have upwards of 150 fields, however I'm failing to do so. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, or it only works with a particular form type however I'm struggling to get the outcome of having all fields and cards selected.
If you could prepare a short screen-capture of the steps you follow and post it as an addition it would be help me a lot.
Regards and thanks. Alan C.
