We tried to deploy our first PowerApps app and were surprised to find that our Windows phone users were unable to download and install the PowerApps mobile app on their phones.
With carriers like AT&T dropping the sales of Windows Phone altogether, we realize the Windows phone is going away but surely Microsoft would support a simple app such as this until that happens.
And, we should add that we found the PowerApps app is not supported on all Android devices, either.

Hi @JFSN,
Windows 10 Phones need at least 2GB of RAM to run PowerApps. Do the phones you are using have less RAM than this?

Hi @JFSN,
Apps built under PowerApps would need PowerApps studio (and there is a Mobile version for Windows 10 mobile, Android and IOS) installed first on the mobile device.
See requriements: Use PowerApps on a phone or a tablet
Apps developed under PowerApps studio can't be deployed like the way for UWP App on Windows 10.
We need to share the App created if we would like the others to use this.
Hope the information above is helpful.
Regards
Thanks for the advice.
However, I am confused by the System Requirements section for PowerApps on the Store site when trying to load the mobile app. There, the sysreq failure notifies that the phone needs 750MB of memory.
But in the Recommended section below that, the Memory line states "Unspecified".
After reading your reply we checked the phones in question and they were all 1GB RAM phones which, of course, won't work.
We are a lot more interested in the power of PowerApps than we are in maintaining the Windows Phone platform - which we really like - and we will need to make a hardware move, sadly.
Thanks again.
Thanks!
We have all the dev tools installed and we're successfully connected to an earlier AWA Azure SQL DB.
We learned that our Windows Phone users had only 1GB RAM rather than the required 2GB RAM for installing the mobile app so we are moving to Android devices, instead.
It seems we need to correct our System Requirements. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
Update: apparently the store failure notification is correct, just a little confusing. The app does just require 750MB, but this corresponds to requiring 2GB of RAM due to the OS, etc. In any case, we want to update PowerApps' requirements in the store description to make this clearer.
