Having problem about add this huge excel form to PowerApps

I want to add these form to PowerApps and App user can edit the form in the day they work (O and X)  


(Day1 to 31)

and export the form to database and store link to primary key

I cant figure it out😓, so I need your help or any advice

This layout of an Excel sheet does not port easily to a database table. I've written a blog article that may offer some insights to help you with this. Each day and shift should be represented by a row in your database table, not a separate column.
