Help in understanding the concept of applying CSS formatting to tables in Email sent from Powerapps

I am trying to learn to apply styles in table that I need to share with my friends and colleagues. Can someone please have a look and help me in applying a normal CSS styling so that I can learn and apply it myself. My goal is to make tables in my email look better.

The table is very simple and it looks something like this:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("fox1@outlook.com",
"Task Edited_ ID: " & GallerySelected.ID & "_" & DropdownProductType.SelectedText.Value & "_" & DropdownTypeOfTask.SelectedText.Value &
"_" & DropdownProduct.SelectedText.Value & "_" & "Deadline: " & DateDeadline.SelectedDate,
"<table border='1'>" &
"<tr><th>Category</th> <th>Details</th></tr>"&
"<tr><td>" & "ID" & "</td><td>" & TextID.Text & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Product Type" & "</td><td>" & ProductType.SelectedText.Value & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Product" & "</td><td>" & Product.SelectedText.Value & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Type of task" & "</td><td>" & TypeOfTask.SelectedText.Value & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Task Received Date" & "</td><td>" & Text(DateTaskReceived.SelectedDate,"[$-en-US]dd-mmm-yyyy") & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Deadline" & "</td><td>" & Text(DateDeadline.SelectedDate,"[$-en-US]dd-mmm-yyyy") & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Task Description" & "</td><td>" & TextTaskDescription.Text & "</td></tr>" &
"<tr><td>" & "Additional Comments" & "</td><td>" & TextComments.Text & "</td></tr>"
& "</Table>")

I tried to search and learn this concept myself, but I could not find any easy to understand method. It would be extremely nice if someone could point me in the right direction  🙂

Thanks in advance.
