Help with Powerapps forms required

I am creating a Powerapp to add data to a Sharepoint List - the Sharepoint list has a lot of columns and to make the app work better I would prefer not to have a scroll bar so thus will need to split up the fields over more than 1 screen.  I am just unsure how to do it?

I am guessing that on COlumn will need to bautocreated at the first form to act as a key to point the rest of the forms to?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Dauchnie,

About 7 cards can be shown in a form within one screen without a scroll bar. To split up the fields over more than one screen, you could add several more forms and add about 7 cards in each form. Then in the right-hand pane, you can choose which fields to show, pick how each field should be shown, and arrange the fields.

There is a document about the data cards, hope this document could be a reference for you:

Please feel free reply if you need more help.

This is what I have done but the data will not u[pdate int he SHarePoint list.  I have 4 screens with 7 cards on each - I want to know if the data fields on each screen are remembered so by the time I fill in the fields on the 4th screen and click Save y to Submit Form - will it update the whole record witht he data from, the 4 screens.  It does not seem to work

Hi Dauchnie,

Please check the document about SubmitForm function:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/function-form/

we can use the SubmitForm function in the OnSelect property of a Button control to save any changes in a Form control to the data source. As you have 4 forms on 4 screens, you may need to add a button on each screen and configure the SubmitForm function on the button to write back to data source.
