Help with approval / rejection process - Patching an already submitted value to null

Hi,

I have a form, which consists of 3 approval

Level 1 approver - Level 3 approver

If 'Level 2 approver' rejects this proposal, the approval process needs to start from Level 1 approver again.

I thought If i try to patch the VarRecord.Level1Approver.Value (dropdown) to blank this would work, but struggling with the syntax

My code for sending the email, is on the OnSuccess of the form, how do i get to change the value of the Level1Approver field to be blank when it's been set to Approved in the SPO list, so that I can get the approval to  start again:

If(DataCardValue18_1.Selected.Value = "Rejected" && VarUser = DataCardValue20_1.Selected.Email,
Patch(ListName,{VarRecord.Level1Approver.Value: Blank()}),
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Form1_1.LastSubmit.InitiatorName.Email, "BLURB", "BLURB",{Cc:CurrentUser.Email & ";" & DataCardValue15_1.Selected.Email,  Importance:Normal}));

Thanks
