Help with power apps format

Hello,

I have a power apps form linked to a SharePoint list which automatically populates data into the list when entered and one of the fields is '%'.

When entering a value in the power apps it is multiplying the number by 100.

Eg: When I enter 25. It populates the %column in the list as 2500%.

But, when I enter 0.25. It populates the list as 25%.

There is no issue with the column format in the list. When I directly enter a number in the list it is taking the number as is. The issue is with the Power app.

Currently, I have the data card formatted as 'Number'.  Is there any other format?

I would like the Power app to take the number as is and not multiply it by 100.

Re: Help with power apps format

You can just make two fields in your powerapp:

Field 1: This is where they enter the percent such as 25

Field 2: This is the actual data field that is saved to the list. You can mark this as hidden so they only see the Field 1. You make the default property: Value(Field1.Text)/100

This will save to the sharepoint list as 25%.
