Re: Help with search on gallery that is filtered with multiple dropdowns

Nothing is showing up in the gallery at all and each label has the same error. It seems like the ThisItem operator is not recognized now?

In the formula I get this error after replacing the commas with semicolons. All of the other operators I've tried break the formula just like the commas do.

Re: Help with search on gallery that is filtered with multiple dropdowns

Hey Reza,

Hopefully this is okay the post this question on the same thread as before. I was trying to use the same formula you helped me with earlier but switching my datasource to an Excel table instead but I've run into some issues.

In the actual formula I get an error that the 'Search' function has some invalid arguments. The labels in the gallery show the same error as before where ThisItem name isn't valid/not recognized. Formula below. Thanks for your help.

If(!IsBlank(ddCustomerNameCollector.Selected.Result),Search(Filter(Table1,'CUSTOMER NAME' = ddCustomerNameCollector.Selected.Result),SearchBox.Text, "CUSTOMER NAME", "HOTEL NAME", "INVOICE NUMBER", "Type9", "BALANCE AMOUNT"),
If(!IsBlank(ddHotelNameCollector.Selected.Result), Search(Filter(Table1, 'HOTEL NAME' = ddHotelNameCollector.Selected.Result),SearchBox.Text, "CUSTOMER NAME", "HOTEL NAME", "INVOICE NUMBER", "Type9", "BALANCE AMOUNT"),
If(!IsBlank(ddCollectorNameCollector.Selected.Result), Search(Filter(Table1, COLLECTOR = ddCollectorNameCollector.Selected.Result),SearchBox.Text, "CUSTOMER NAME", "HOTEL NAME", "INVOICE NUMBER", "Type9", "BALANCE AMOUNT",),
Search(Table1, SearchBox.Text, "CUSTOMER NAME", "HOTEL NAME", "INVOICE NUMBER", "Type9", "BALANCE AMOUNT"))))
