i have imported the helpdesk package as per the below steps but the app is not opening in studio

The moment you posted this query, I tried to import the help desk solution and it didn't work for me then. I can now say, it has successfully imported the solution and I am able to open the app in my browser. Can you try to import the app again and then open it? May be it was a glitch at the time we were trying to import.
You can try doing the following step wise:-
1- Close all the open power apps studio
2- Restart your browser
3- Login to your account with your account
4- Go to power apps and make sure your selected environment is the same when you imported the package
5- Try launching the Help Desk app now
