You can use either RoundRoundDown, or RoundUp function as per your requirements.

For Example:

Round(CountRows(Filter(Gallery4.AllItems; Title6.Text = "MTL Building A"; Subtitle4.Text = Text(Today()))) / 95 * 100; 3) & Text("%")

This will round the number to show 3 digits to the right of the decimal point.

You would wrap

Round(CountRows(
Filter(
Gallery4.AllItems;Title6.Text="MTL Building A"; Subtitle4.Text = Text(
Today()
)
)
)/95*100, 2
) & Text("%")

The Round, RoundDown, and RoundUp functions round a number to the specified number of decimal places:

• Round rounds up if the next digit is a 5 or higher. Otherwise, this function rounds down.

RoundNumberDecimalPlaces )
RoundDownNumberDecimalPlaces )
RoundUpNumberDecimalPlaces )

• RoundDown always rounds down to the previous lower number.
• RoundUp always rounds up to the next higher number.
