The PowerApps portion of this is relatively low-code: you can using Power Automate flow(s) with the HTTP connector or build a custom connector to exchange HTTP messages with an API that is exposed to the web. You can even trigger a flow based on a message being sent to a specified URL, and none of this functionality requires setting up an Azure subscription. It is premium Power Platform functionality.

A Raspberry Pi does not come with built-in API, though. There are pre-built ones you can get using a Google search or you can build your own. A REST API fits most naturally with the Power Platform. You'll need to configure that (with the help of the Pi community) before attempting to connect it to the Power Platform.

Hope that helps,

Bryan
