How I create a consecutive for each new document

I am creating an app for taking orders, but I need help to create the consecutive for each new document, whe i push the (nuevo pedido) bottom.

To create the consecutive I have created two text-type fields using the sum () function, increasing sum (valu(Textfield1.Text) + 1),

Re: How I create a consecutive for each new document

OK, now I understand better.

If all you need is to have the text input show one more than TextBox_conse then you don't need a button, but all you need is to do this:

TextInput1.Default = Value(TextBox_conse.Text)+1

This means that you need to set the Default property of TextInput1 to Value(TextBox_conse.Text)+1

That is all.

Please let me know if you have issues.

Thanks, I'll try this and I'll tell you, because what I want to do is that every time someone from (new order button) this number is automatically moved one by one

Re: How I create a consecutive for each new document

Hi @Ricardo_Gomez

Apologies, but I am not sure I fully understand your question.  What do you mean by "consecutive"?

Could you please show us the current OnSelect property of your "Nuevo Pedido" button?

What would you like this button to do?

What is the Items property of the gallery in your screen?

Thanks.

Re: How I create a consecutive for each new document

Hi,

The consecutive is the initial number of a document as an order or an invoice and is unique for each one, for example 1,2,3,4, 5 etc.

Botton new (order), OnSelect

TextInput1.Text=Sum(Value(TextBox_conse.Text)+1)

I would like this button to create each new document number (not random, but consecutive 1,2,3,4)

The item sof my galery are a products in a order

Search(Pedidos;DataCardValueNom_cliente.Text;"cliente")

Thanks for your help
